1. Digital Products & No-Refund Policy

Because our products (Canva subscriptions and digital services) are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. Once the subscription has been provisioned or the access link has been shared, all sales are final.

Note: We do not offer returns or "money-back guarantees" for digital goods as they cannot be physically returned.

2. Email Address Exchange

We understand that errors can occur during the checkout process. We allow for a one-time Email Address Exchange if you have provided an incorrect email for your subscription, subject to the following terms:
